Ethnic Events was founded in 2004 on a simple premise: the client should never have to manage the vendors managing their event. Two decades later, that premise still runs every job we take on.

WHO WE ARE

Built to run large, complicated events without the seams showing.

What began as a boutique wedding planning outfit in Lucknow has grown into a full-service event management company with production capability across India. We now run weddings, corporate conferences, concerts, exhibitions and public events for clients who need the same standard of execution whether the show is in Mumbai or a tier-2 city.

Our approach has stayed the same throughout: keep design, production and on-ground execution in-house, so nothing gets lost in translation between the plan and the floor.

2004

Founded in Lucknow

Started as a boutique wedding planning studio serving North Indian families.

2009

First corporate mandate

Expanded into corporate event management with a national FMCG dealer conference.

2014

In-house production launched

Brought staging, décor fabrication and AV production in-house to control quality end to end.

2018

Pan-India expansion

Opened operating hubs in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad to serve clients nationally.

2022

2,000th event delivered

Crossed 2,000 events across weddings, corporate shows, concerts and exhibitions.
